With her leadership, the overall public awareness of the agency has increased – and caught the eye of both local and national media including CNN, The Atlantic and the New York Times, among others. She has obtained significant achievements and improvements in brand strength and message discipline while attracting and responding to major national media opportunities.
She has cultivated a dynamic, creative and passionate marketing and communications team that has moved the agency forward by sharing the BakerRipley story in unexpected ways across a multitude of channels.
As the brand advocate, content strategist and storyteller on the executive team, Stephenie will continue to push the envelope in seeking new ways to deliver effective communications and increase the brand’s visibility.
Before arriving to BakerRipley, Stephenie’s professional experience in many facets of marketing has been the foundation for her career - everything from working for a major Spanish speaking media outlet to a nationally recognized marketing agency, Lopez Negrete Communications. Prior to entering the non-profit sector, Stephenie received her Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas where she graduated Suma Cum Laude. She is also a graduate of Trinity University in San Antonio where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and minors in French and History.
