Jeff Kramer joined BakerRipley, formerly BakerRipley, in 2016 as Vice President of Fund Development. With 32 years of nonprofit experience, he has held senior level positions with international, national and state faith-based nonprofits. Jeff has worked in the areas of development, nonprofit administration and strategic organizational planning. Mr. Kramer believes in bringing strong creative, analytical, long-range and one-on-one management together to build comprehensive and diverse development programs that will move organizations forward, providing a resource model that ensures long-term stability, flexibility and sustainability.

Mr. Kramer is passionate about fundraising and over the years has developed a command of Major Gifts, Planned Giving, Annual Giving, Corporate and Foundation Giving and Special Event Planning. He is especially interested today in maximizing and leveraging the power of “partnerships” to enhance what nonprofits are working hard to accomplish – helping those in need today, tomorrow and for generations to come.

Prior to joining BakerRipley, formerly BakerRipley, as the Vice President of Fund Development, he worked for Mercy Ships as Vice President of Resource Development, for Dallas Habitat for Humanity as the Senior Director of Development & Marketing; Congregation Shearith Israel, Dallas, as Executive Director; and Sinai Temple, Los Angeles, CA, as Director of Fundraising.
