Specific Market Location: adjacent to or East of Normandy Street, adjacent to or South of Wallisville Road, adjacent to or West of Sheldon Road, and adjacent to or North of I-10 East Freeway. Basic requirements include: 10,000 s.f. and brokerage commissions to be included on all transactions will be paid by the selected landlord upon lease execution.
